Diana Reyes

Diana Reyes

Vocals / Keyboards / Flute

Age 31

Diana is the band's melodic architect — she hears chord extensions and countermelodies that nobody else catches, and she's generous about weaving them in without ever overplaying. Offstage she's quick to laugh and socially at ease; onstage she goes internal, eyes often half-closed, communing with the song. The harmony she and Cal build together is the emotional spine of Meadow's live show.

Backstory

Born in Fresno to a Mexican-American family where music was constant — cumbia on weekends, classic pop on the radio, her father's battered piano in the living room. Diana was classically trained on piano through high school, then discovered Joni Mitchell and Carole King at sixteen and found her true calling. She attended Berklee College of Music on a partial scholarship, studied arranging, and relocated to LA after graduation. A chance meeting with Cal at a songwriter's workshop led to a two-year musical friendship before Meadow formally took shape.

Gear

Visual Identity

Diana is petite and olive-skinned with a graceful, expressive presence. She has thick dark brown hair worn in loose waves to her shoulders, sometimes pulled back with a tortoiseshell clip for performances. Her eyes are deep brown with long natural lashes, and she often wears a small nose stud. Onstage she favors a flowing floral midi dress — earthy tones like terracotta, sage, or mustard — with simple leather sandals and delicate gold hoop earrings. Her look evokes 1970s Laurel Canyon feminine ease without feeling costumed.
